Welcome, I’m Dr. Clyde Knight Jr., owner of Knight and Associates Consulting, LLC, a SME consultancy with a national presence, comprised of a management team with decades of experience serving in various roles in several fields, including private practice, corporate "in-house," and government. We understand the needs and aspirations of the employer and employee and approach each project with those understandings. My story – I’ve worked for self-centered, self-absorbed mangers who abused workers, cultivated fear and limited freedom of thought/creativity. As an entrepreneur myself - I want to provide an affordable process to identify and deal with that out-of-control manager or employee.
